Anthony Brooks was Border Crossings' Legal Trustee from 2019-2025. Anthony joined the board during the period of uncertainty around Brexit, and was present throughout the Covid 19 pandemic. In this interview, he discusses how the company dealt with these huge strategic challenges, and the creative responses made. Anthony also discusses a number of the key projects undertaken by the company while he was a trustee, particularly ORIGINS 2019, THE MOUTH OF THE GODS, THE GREAT EXPERIMENT and THE GAZA MONOLOGUES. He emphasises the ways in which the company's work foregrounds the voices of marginalised communities from across the world, offering perspectives that are rarely heard in mainstream discourses.
