Dave Carey has created the music for many Border Crossings projects since 2013. This interview took place at Chickenshed Theatre, where Dave has a permanent position, and touches on his work there with youth and inclusivity, as well as his projects with Border Crossings. The interview looks at the way interculturalism, diversity, political change and technology have affected the way his music has evolved. It also explores his involvement with the international practice exchange of the MORE THAN WORDS project, and how that influenced not only his work for the film of the same title, but also his ongoing work with the company.
