ORIGINS 2007Border Crossings Laboratory presents the first stage in an exciting new project exploring First Nations Theatre from around the world. During September 2007, there was a series of workshops and a symposium with some amazing indigenous artists. | The Dilemma of a GhostBorder Crossings presents an important new collaboration with the National Theatre of Ghana. The production, the UK premiere of Ama Ata Aidoo's seminal play, marked the 50th anniversary of Ghana's independence, and the 200th anniversary of the abolition of the slave trade. Following the success of Orientations and Dis-orientations, Border Crossings,
in association with partner organisations in Europe, China and India, has been awarded an
EU grant
to develop a third Orientations play and perform the entire Trilogy over the next two years.
